We are seeking a highly motivated On-Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and representing the company at various events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies to promote the company’s products and services. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and sponsors. • Represent the company at various events, such as trade shows, conferences, and networking events. • Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective marketing strategies. • Analyze marketing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Create and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Develop and manage a budget for marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing. • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
