Job Title: Receptionist

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing administrative tasks.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. • Manage the front desk and ensure it is kept tidy and professional. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior staff members. • Receive and sort mail and deliveries. • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. • Assist with organizing company events and meetings. • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order as necessary. • Ensure the office is secure by monitoring visitors and issuing security badges. • Manage the office voicemail system and email account.
• High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Professional demeanor and appearance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
